All our workspaces are ground floor units, making them easy to access, especially for users with lots of furniture or equipment to set up. Users are free to drive right up to the door of their workspaces, all of which have full planning as industrial units allowing for a much more versatile use of space. Our workspaces can be tailored to fit a variety of functions such as temporary office solutions; workshop spaces; garage spaces; art studios; games rooms; and rehearsal spaces. We’ve even had a band use one of our workspaces to record a music video!
