What size units do you have?
The units range from 25 sq ft to 200 sq ft depending on the customers needs.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We do require a month upfront.
Is the unit secure?
All units are locked, alarmed and have cctv on site.
How do I pay for my unit?
Customers can pay monthly via cheque or debit card or bank transfer or set up a standing order whichever is easiest for the customer.
What do I need to do when I decide to move out of my unit?
We would need a months’ notice and once the customer has vacated we would check the unit to make sure it is empty and take final settlement from customer.
Do you make sure all furniture is protected?
We use different materials e.g. blankets, bubble wrap, wrapping paper and mattress covers to make sure all items are protected during your move.
What time do the guys arrive?
Our team arrives at 9am in the morning, unless a different time has been requested by the customer.
Do you provide packing materials?
We provide 30x boxes small and large, a roll of bubble wrap and tape.
What does your insurance cover?
The insurance covers you up to £25,000 worth of goods, all specific items are explained in the T&C’s.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
A deposit is not compulsory however we do take full payment 7 days prior to your move.
